Dinosaurs & Goldfish: Working it Out

So I've been reading disgruntled worker posts lately and have found that so many people are upset because their grizzled old superiors are dinosaurs. However, more often than not the complaints are about how the frustrated party's suggestions are ignored. I imagine this is the case because the suggestion is actually a whine/rant, demand or all-out verbal explosion. People, your boss signs your pay cheque...don't bite the hand that feeds you. This reminds me of a Metafilter comment I read about how most goldfish die by drowning in their own piss.
